The PDI Rail logo invokes the image of the rail traffic signal used commonly in the northeast rail corridor.

Like traffic lights for cars, the rail signal can show “go”, “proceed with caution”, and “stop”.

The three vertical lights indicate permission to go forward, and were done in the modified Euro-green that is part of their branding color.
